Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati rice – 3 cups
- 🍗 Chicken pieces – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧂 Mandi spice mix – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Bay leaves – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, halved
- 💧 Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate chicken with mandi spices and lemon.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 🍚 Add rice and chicken, then cover with water.
- 🥘 Simmer until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
- ✨ Garnish with fried onions and serve hot.
