Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🥦 Broccoli – chopped
- 🌶️ Bell peppers – sliced
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh leaves
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions and garlic. Sauté until golden.
- 🥔 Add potatoes and other vegetables. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 🍅 Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
