- 🌿 Bay leaves – dried
- ⚫️ Black peppercorns – whole
- 🍶 Soy sauce – to taste
- 🍚 White vinegar – to taste
- 🥄 Sugar – brown or white
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté 🧅 onions and 🧄 garlic until fragrant.
- 🍖 Add pork and sear until browned on all sides.
- 🌿 Add bay leaves, ⚫️ peppercorns, 🍶 soy sauce, 🍚 vinegar, and 🥄 sugar.
