Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated
  • 🍗 Chicken/Paneer/Vegetables – cubed
  • 🥛 Yogurt/Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🌱 Coriander – chopped for garnish
  • 🥘 Curry powder – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger, garlic, and chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add the protein/vegetables, spices, and yogurt/coconut milk. Simmer until cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
