Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🍗 Chicken/Paneer/Vegetables – cubed
- 🥛 Yogurt/Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
- 🌱 Coriander – chopped for garnish
- 🥘 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger, garlic, and chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add the protein/vegetables, spices, and yogurt/coconut milk. Simmer until cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
