Ingredients
- 🍝 Fresh Tortellini – 250g
- 🌼 Helichrysum flowers – a small bunch
- 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (sage, thyme) – to taste
- 🍋 Lemon zest – a pinch
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente.
- 🌿 While tortellini cooks, prepare the cream sauce. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- 🌼 Add cream and helichrysum flowers to the pan. Simmer gently to infuse the cream with flavor.
- 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- 🍝 Drain tortellini and toss with the cream sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
