Ingredients

  • 🍝 Fresh Tortellini – 250g
  • 🌼 Helichrysum flowers – a small bunch
  • 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (sage, thyme) – to taste
  • 🍋 Lemon zest – a pinch
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente.
  • 🌿 While tortellini cooks, prepare the cream sauce. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  • 🌼 Add cream and helichrysum flowers to the pan. Simmer gently to infuse the cream with flavor.
  • 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • 🍝 Drain tortellini and toss with the cream sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
