- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare ragu: Sauté ground beef, onions, carrots, and celery. Add tomato sauce and simmer.
- ⚪️ Make ricotta mixture: Combine ricotta cheese with parmesan and seasoning.
- 🔨 Assemble lasagna: Layer pasta, ragu, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
- ⏲️ Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
