Ingredients

  • 🍝 Fresh pasta sheets – for lasagna
  • 🥩 Ground beef – for ragu
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – finely diced
  • Celery – finely diced
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce – for base
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – creamy layer
  • 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare ragu: Sauté ground beef, onions, carrots, and celery. Add tomato sauce and simmer.
  • ⚪️ Make ricotta mixture: Combine ricotta cheese with parmesan and seasoning.
  • 🔨 Assemble lasagna: Layer pasta, ragu, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
  • ⏲️ Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
  • 🔪 Let it rest: Cool slightly before cutting and serving for easier handling.
