Ingredients
- 🍝 Fresh Tagliatelle Pasta – 200g
- 🧅 Onion – ½, finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Artichokes – 2, cleaned and sliced
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated
- 🍋 Lemon – for zest and juice
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Artichokes: Add sliced artichokes and cook until tender.
- 🍝 Pasta: Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
- 🥘 Combine pasta and artichoke sauce. Add pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
- 🌿 Finish with parsley, lemon zest, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
