Ingredients

  • 🍝 Fresh Tagliatelle Pasta – 200g
  • 🧅 Onion – ½, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Artichokes – 2, cleaned and sliced
  • 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated
  • 🍋 Lemon – for zest and juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  • Artichokes: Add sliced artichokes and cook until tender.
  • 🍝 Pasta: Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
  • 🥘 Combine pasta and artichoke sauce. Add pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
  • 🌿 Finish with parsley, lemon zest, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
