  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍄 Clean and soak Gucchi mushrooms; prepare the paneer stuffing with onions, bell peppers, chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • 🥣 Marinate the stuffed mushrooms in a mixture of yogurt, tandoori masala, and lemon juice.
  • 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to medium-high heat; arrange stuffed mushrooms on skewers.
  • ♨️ Cook until mushrooms are tender and lightly charred, basting with marinade occasionally.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot as a starter.
