Instructions
- 🍄 Clean and soak Gucchi mushrooms; prepare the paneer stuffing with onions, bell peppers, chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
- 🥣 Marinate the stuffed mushrooms in a mixture of yogurt, tandoori masala, and lemon juice.
- 🔥 Preheat tandoor or oven to medium-high heat; arrange stuffed mushrooms on skewers.
