Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground lamb – 500g
- 🌶️ Red bell pepper – 1 finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🥖 Flatbreads – for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Combine ground lamb, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 👐 Mix well and knead until the mixture is well combined.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture around wide, flat skewers.
- 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the kebabs over medium-high heat until cooked through and browned on all sides.
- 🥖 Serve hot on flatbreads with your favorite toppings.
