Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
  • 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Cream – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • 🥘 Stir in yogurt and cashew paste, simmer until thick.
  • 🍗 Add your choice of protein (chicken/paneer) and cook until done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and cream before serving. ✨
