Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Cream – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- 🥘 Stir in yogurt and cashew paste, simmer until thick.
- 🍗 Add your choice of protein (chicken/paneer) and cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and cream before serving. ✨
