Ingredients

  • 🥩 Chicken or Lamb – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍚 Basmati rice – to serve

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate the meat with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add the marinated meat and cook until tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with basmati rice.
