Ingredients
- 🥩 Chicken or Lamb – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
- 🍚 Basmati rice – to serve
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate the meat with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🥘 Add the marinated meat and cook until tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with basmati rice.
