Ingredients

  • 🫘 Yellow Moong Dal – 1 cup
  • 🫘 Chana Dal – 1/4 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak dals for 4-5 hours.
  • 🥣 Grind soaked dals into a coarse paste.
  • 🧅 Mix in onions, chilies, coriander, ginger, and spices.
  • 🔥 Heat oil and drop small portions of batter into hot oil.
  • ♨️ Fry until golden brown and serve hot with chutney.
