Ingredients
- 🫘 Yellow Moong Dal – 1 cup
- 🫘 Chana Dal – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🧂 Spices – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 💧 Soak dals for 4-5 hours.
- 🥣 Grind soaked dals into a coarse paste.
- 🧅 Mix in onions, chilies, coriander, ginger, and spices.
- 🔥 Heat oil and drop small portions of batter into hot oil.
- ♨️ Fry until golden brown and serve hot with chutney.
