Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chhole Masala – 3 tbsp
  • 🌾 All-purpose flour (Maida) – for bhathure
  • 🍶 Yogurt – for bhathure
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🍲 Boil chickpeas with spices until tender.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
  • 🌶️ Add chhole masala and cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Combine chickpeas with the masala and simmer.
  • 🌾 Knead dough for bhathure and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with chhole.✨
