Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chhole Masala – 3 tbsp
- 🌾 All-purpose flour (Maida) – for bhathure
- 🍶 Yogurt – for bhathure
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🍲 Boil chickpeas with spices until tender.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add chhole masala and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Combine chickpeas with the masala and simmer.
- 🌾 Knead dough for bhathure and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with chhole.✨
