  • 🧂 Spices – cumin, coriander, turmeric

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and green chilies until golden brown.
  • 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, peas, and spices; mix well.
  • 🌾 Prepare dough with flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
  • 🥟 Fill dough with potato mixture and shape into mini samosas.
  • 🫘 Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
