Ingredients

  • 🌾 Raagi Flour – for the dough
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – grated
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the raagi dough and keep aside.
  • 🥕 Sauté the vegetables with ginger-garlic paste and spices for the filling.
  • 🥟 Roll out small circles from the dough, stuff with the vegetable mixture, and shape into momos.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
