Ingredients
- 🌾 Raagi Flour – for the dough
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – grated
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the raagi dough and keep aside.
- 🥕 Sauté the vegetables with ginger-garlic paste and spices for the filling.
- 🥟 Roll out small circles from the dough, stuff with the vegetable mixture, and shape into momos.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
