Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup, soaked
- 🌱 Urad Dal – 1/2 cup, soaked
- 🌱 Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Benne Seeds (Sesame Seeds) – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Grind rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds into a smooth batter. Add salt and let it ferment for 8 hours.
- 🔥 Lightly roast benne seeds (sesame seeds).
- 🥄 Mix the roasted benne seeds into the dosa batter.
- ♨️ Heat a griddle or pan, spread a ladleful of batter to make a thin dosa.
- 🫘 Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
