Ingredients

  • 🫓 Assorted Papads – 6-8 pieces (Urad dal, Rice, and Masala)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, deseeded and diced
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – handful, finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 wedge for zesty juice
  • 🧂 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp for tangy flavor
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – a pinch for heat
  • 🍜 Fine Sev – 2 tbsp for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Roast the papads over an open flame or deep-fry them until crisp.
  • 🔪 Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves for the topping.
  • 🍽️ Arrange the various papads on a large platter or flat board.
  • ✨ Evenly sprinkle the chopped vegetables and spices over the papads.
  • 🍋 Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a garnish of sev for extra crunch.
