Ingredients
- 🫓 Assorted Papads – 6-8 pieces (Urad dal, Rice, and Masala)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, deseeded and diced
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – handful, finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 wedge for zesty juice
- 🧂 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp for tangy flavor
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – a pinch for heat
- 🍜 Fine Sev – 2 tbsp for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Roast the papads over an open flame or deep-fry them until crisp.
- 🔪 Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves for the topping.
- 🍽️ Arrange the various papads on a large platter or flat board.
- ✨ Evenly sprinkle the chopped vegetables and spices over the papads.
- 🍋 Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a garnish of sev for extra crunch.
