Ingredients

- 🍵 Khoya – 1/2 cup
- 🌰 Nuts (almonds, pistachios) – chopped, for garnish
- 🍃 Saffron strands – a few, for flavor and garnish
- 🥄 Cardamom powder – a pinch
Instructions
- 🥛 Chill milk thoroughly; whisk to create a frothy texture.
- 🍚 Gently fold in sugar, khoya, and cardamom powder into the milk froth.
- ❄️ Chill mixture in refrigerator for a couple of hours to set.
- 🌰 Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strands before serving.
- 🥄 Serve immediately and enjoy the light, airy texture.
