Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥭 Slice the mangoes in half and pat the surface dry with a paper towel.
  • 🍬 Sprinkle a generous, even layer of sugar over the exposed fruit flesh.
  • 🔥 Use a kitchen torch to melt the sugar until it turns golden brown and bubbly.
  • ❄️ Allow the sugar crust to harden for one minute at room temperature.
  • ✨ Serve immediately with a sprig of mint for a refreshing, crunchy treat.
