Ingredients

- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 large, pureed or finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Chole Masala – 2 tsp for authentic spice
- 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – for garnish
- 🛢️ Cooking Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until they turn golden brown.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, cooking until the oil separates.
- 🧂 Stir in chole masala, turmeric, and salt; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 🫘 Add boiled chickpeas and a cup of water, simmering until the gravy thickens.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with bhatura, puri, or rice.
