Ingredients

  • 🍢 Soya Chaap – 500g cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 1/2 cup whisked
  • 🧅 Onion – 2 medium finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • 🍅 Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
  • 🌶️ Chaap Masala or Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍢 Boil the soya chaap pieces in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • 🍳 Pan-fry the chaap pieces in a little oil until they turn light golden brown.
  • 🥘 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste in a pan until fragrant, then stir in tomato puree and spices.
  • 🥣 Lower the heat, whisk in the yogurt, and add the fried chaap, simmering for 10 minutes.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or roti.
