Ingredients
- 🍢 Soya Chaap – 500g cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1/2 cup whisked
- 🧅 Onion – 2 medium finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- 🍅 Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Chaap Masala or Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍢 Boil the soya chaap pieces in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- 🍳 Pan-fry the chaap pieces in a little oil until they turn light golden brown.
- 🥘 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste in a pan until fragrant, then stir in tomato puree and spices.
- 🥣 Lower the heat, whisk in the yogurt, and add the fried chaap, simmering for 10 minutes.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or roti.
