Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas (chole) – 1 cup soaked overnight
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chole masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍞 Kulche – 2-4 pieces
Instructions
- 🍲 Boil chickpeas until tender.
- 🔥 Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add chole masala and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Mix boiled chickpeas with the masala and simmer.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with kulche.
