Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • 🥜 Nuts (almonds, cashews) – chopped
  • 🌱 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan, add milk and bring to a boil.
  • 🍚 Simmer until milk thickens and reduces.
  • 🍬 Add sugar and cardamom powder; stir continuously.
  • 🥜 Mix in chopped nuts and cook until desired consistency is reached.
  • 🧊 Allow to cool and set before serving.
