Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🥜 Nuts (almonds, cashews) – chopped
- 🌱 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan, add milk and bring to a boil.
- 🍚 Simmer until milk thickens and reduces.
- 🍬 Add sugar and cardamom powder; stir continuously.
- 🥜 Mix in chopped nuts and cook until desired consistency is reached.
- 🧊 Allow to cool and set before serving.
