Ingredients
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍞 Bread crumbs – for binding
- 🍶 Yogurt – for gravy
- 🧅 Onions – for gravy
- 🍅 Tomatoes – for gravy
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – for gravy
- 🌿 Spices – (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🍄 Mix mushrooms, potatoes, onions, cilantro, chilies, bread crumbs, and spices.
- ⚪️ Shape the mixture into small kofta balls.
- 🔥 Fry the kofta balls until golden brown and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes for gravy.
- 🥘 Add spices, yogurt and cook the gravy, then add the fried kofta gently and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
