Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🍞 Bread crumbs – for binding
  • 🍶 Yogurt – for gravy
  • 🧅 Onions – for gravy
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – for gravy
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – for gravy
  • 🌿 Spices – (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)

Instructions

  • 🍄 Mix mushrooms, potatoes, onions, cilantro, chilies, bread crumbs, and spices.
  • ⚪️ Shape the mixture into small kofta balls.
  • 🔥 Fry the kofta balls until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes for gravy.
  • 🥘 Add spices, yogurt and cook the gravy, then add the fried kofta gently and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
