Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – cooked
- 🍎 Apple – diced
- 🥭 Mango – diced
- 🍍 Pineapple – diced
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🍛 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili – sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in oil until softened.
- 🍛 Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk, add fruits, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🍜 Stir in cooked noodles and heat through.
- 🌶️ Garnish with chili slices (optional) and serve hot.
