Ingredients

  • 🍍 Pineapple – diced
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can

  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in oil until softened.
  • 🍛 Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk, add fruits, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🍜 Stir in cooked noodles and heat through.
  • 🌶️ Garnish with chili slices (optional) and serve hot.
