Ingredients

  • 🥛 Soybeans – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – 4 cups
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste (optional)
  • ✨ Vanilla extract – optional

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak soybeans in water for at least 8 hours.
  • ✨ Rinse and drain soybeans.
  • 🥛 Blend soybeans with fresh water until smooth.
  • 🔥 Cook the mixture in a pot over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
  • ✅ Strain the milk through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. Add sugar/vanilla if desired.
