Ingredients
- 🥛 Soybeans – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste (optional)
- ✨ Vanilla extract – optional
Instructions
- 💧 Soak soybeans in water for at least 8 hours.
- ✨ Rinse and drain soybeans.
- 🥛 Blend soybeans with fresh water until smooth.
- 🔥 Cook the mixture in a pot over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
- ✅ Strain the milk through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. Add sugar/vanilla if desired.
