Ingredients
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌰 Cashews – ground
- 🍞 Bread crumbs – for binding
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 🥄 Spices (garam masala, cumin, coriander powder) – 1 tsp each
Instructions
- 🍄 Sauté mushrooms until moisture evaporates.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
- 🌰 Combine mushrooms, onion mixture, cashew powder, bread crumbs, spices, lemon juice, and coriander.
- 🔪 Shape into small patties.
- 🔥 Shallow fry or bake until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with chutney.
