Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌰 Cashews – ground
  • 🍞 Bread crumbs – for binding
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
  • 🥄 Spices (garam masala, cumin, coriander powder) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🍄 Sauté mushrooms until moisture evaporates.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
  • 🌰 Combine mushrooms, onion mixture, cashew powder, bread crumbs, spices, lemon juice, and coriander.
  • 🔪 Shape into small patties.
  • 🔥 Shallow fry or bake until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with chutney.
