Ingredients
- 🫓 Puris – small, round, crispy
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Mint leaves – for chutney
- 🌶️ Green chilies – for spice
- 💧 Tamarind – for tangy water
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥄 Pani Puri Masala – to taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the potato filling with mashed potatoes, onions, and spices.
- 🌿 Make the mint-coriander chutney.
- 💧 Prepare the tamarind water (pani) with spices and herbs.
- 🫓 Make a small hole in each puri and fill with potato mixture and chickpeas.
