Ingredients

  • 🫓 Puris – small, round, crispy
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Mint leaves – for chutney
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – for spice
  • 💧 Tamarind – for tangy water
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • 🥄 Pani Puri Masala – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare the potato filling with mashed potatoes, onions, and spices.
  • 🌿 Make the mint-coriander chutney.
  • 💧 Prepare the tamarind water (pani) with spices and herbs.
  • 🫓 Make a small hole in each puri and fill with potato mixture and chickpeas.
  • 💦 Dip each puri in the tamarind water and enjoy immediately! ✨
