Ingredients

  • 🍄 Dried Morels – soaked & chopped
  • 🥩 Ground Meat (lamb or beef) – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh Herbs (parsley, dill) – chopped
  • 🥟 Manti Dough – store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  • 🍄 Prepare Morel filling: Sauté onions, add ground meat and cook. Mix in chopped morels and herbs.
  • 🥟 Fill Manti: Cut dough into squares, fill each with Morel mixture, and pinch edges to seal.
  • ♨️ Steam or Boil: Steam manti for about 30 minutes or boil until cooked through.
  • 🥣 Serve: Serve hot with yogurt sauce and a sprinkle of herbs.
  • ✨ Optional: Brown butter with red pepper flakes can be drizzled on top for extra flavor.
