Ingredients
- 🍄 Dried Morels – soaked & chopped
- 🥩 Ground Meat (lamb or beef) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs (parsley, dill) – chopped
- 🥟 Manti Dough – store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- 🍄 Prepare Morel filling: Sauté onions, add ground meat and cook. Mix in chopped morels and herbs.
- 🥟 Fill Manti: Cut dough into squares, fill each with Morel mixture, and pinch edges to seal.
- ♨️ Steam or Boil: Steam manti for about 30 minutes or boil until cooked through.
- 🥣 Serve: Serve hot with yogurt sauce and a sprinkle of herbs.
- ✨ Optional: Brown butter with red pepper flakes can be drizzled on top for extra flavor.
