Ingredients
- 🟡 Moong Dal – soaked overnight
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – for kachori dough
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed for sabzi
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped for sabzi
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed for sabzi
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Cooking Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🟡 Grind soaked moong dal into a coarse paste and prepare the kachori filling.
- 🌾 Prepare a stiff dough with wheat flour, stuff with moong dal filling and shape into kachoris.
- 🔥 Deep fry kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
- 🥘 Prepare sabzi by sautéing onions, tomatoes, and potatoes with spices.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot kachoris with sabzi.
