Ingredients

  • 🟡 Moong Dal – soaked overnight
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour – for kachori dough
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed for sabzi
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped for sabzi
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed for sabzi
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Cooking Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🟡 Grind soaked moong dal into a coarse paste and prepare the kachori filling.
  • 🌾 Prepare a stiff dough with wheat flour, stuff with moong dal filling and shape into kachoris.
  • 🔥 Deep fry kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🥘 Prepare sabzi by sautéing onions, tomatoes, and potatoes with spices.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot kachoris with sabzi.
