Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – for poori
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫘 Urad Dal – soaked and ground
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Spices – as needed
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare Aloo Sabzi: Sauté onions, add potatoes, spices, and cook until well blended.
- 🫘 Prepare Bedmi Poori dough: Combine wheat flour, urad dal paste, spices, and knead into a stiff dough.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan.
- ⚪ Roll out small pooris and deep fry until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🍽️ Serve hot Bedmi Poori with Aloo Sabzi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
