  • 🫘 Urad Dal – soaked and ground

  • 🌿 Spices – as needed
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare Aloo Sabzi: Sauté onions, add potatoes, spices, and cook until well blended.
  • 🫘 Prepare Bedmi Poori dough: Combine wheat flour, urad dal paste, spices, and knead into a stiff dough.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan.
  • ⚪ Roll out small pooris and deep fry until golden brown and puffed up.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot Bedmi Poori with Aloo Sabzi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
