Ingredients

  • 🌾 Semolina (Sooji) – 1 cup
  • 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Ghee – ½ cup
  • 🌰 Almonds & Cashews – chopped
  • 🟢 Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
  • 💧 Water – 1 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown.
  • 🥛 Add milk and water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • 🍬 Stir in sugar and cardamom powder.
  • ⏳ Cook until the halwa thickens and ghee separates.
  • 🌰 Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
