Ingredients
- 🌾 Semolina (Sooji) – 1 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee – ½ cup
- 🌰 Almonds & Cashews – chopped
- 🟢 Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown.
- 🥛 Add milk and water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 🍬 Stir in sugar and cardamom powder.
- ⏳ Cook until the halwa thickens and ghee separates.
- 🌰 Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
