Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef or Chicken – 2 thin cutlets
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 beaten for coating
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup for breading
- 🧀 Raclette Cheese – 150g sliced or melted
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🧴 Oil – for shallow frying
Instructions
- 🥩 Season the meat cutlets with 🧂 salt and pepper, then coat with flour, 🥚 egg, and 🍞 breadcrumbs.
- 🍳 Heat 🧴 oil in a pan and fry the breaded meat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 🧀 While the meat is hot, melt the raclette cheese in a separate pan or under a broiler until 🍯 gooey.
- 🍽️ Place the fried milanesa on a plate and pour the melted cheese generously over the top.
