Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef or Chicken – 2 thin cutlets
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 beaten for coating
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup for breading
  • 🧀 Raclette Cheese – 150g sliced or melted
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🧴 Oil – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • 🥩 Season the meat cutlets with 🧂 salt and pepper, then coat with flour, 🥚 egg, and 🍞 breadcrumbs.
  • 🍳 Heat 🧴 oil in a pan and fry the breaded meat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • 🧀 While the meat is hot, melt the raclette cheese in a separate pan or under a broiler until 🍯 gooey.
  • 🍽️ Place the fried milanesa on a plate and pour the melted cheese generously over the top.
  • ✨ Serve immediately with a side of pickles or steamed potatoes for a perfect fusion meal.
