Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 8 oz
- 🧀 Pecorino Romano – 4 oz, grated
- 🖤 Black Pepper – 2 tsp, freshly ground
- 💧 Pasta Water – 1 cup, reserved
Instructions
- 💧 Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving pasta water.
- 🔥 Toast black pepper in a dry pan until fragrant.
- 🧀 In a bowl, gradually mix grated pecorino romano with some reserved pasta water to form a smooth paste.
- 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture, tossing quickly to coat.
- 🖤 Add toasted black pepper and more pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
