- 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 1 sprig, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbly.
- 🥔 Add the gnocchi directly to the pan (no need to boil them first) in a single layer.
- 🍳 Fry for 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 🌿 Season with garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper during the last minute of cooking.
- ✨ Transfer to a bowl, top with grated parmesan, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
