Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potato Gnocchi – 1 package (500g)
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp for frying
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 1 sprig, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbly.
  • 🥔 Add the gnocchi directly to the pan (no need to boil them first) in a single layer.
  • 🍳 Fry for 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • 🌿 Season with garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper during the last minute of cooking.
  • ✨ Transfer to a bowl, top with grated parmesan, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
