Ingredients

- 🧀 Raclette Cheese – 400g, thick slices
- 🥔 Potatoes – 500g, boiled and halved
- 🧅 Red Onion – 1 large, caramelized
- 🌿 Fresh Thyme – for seasoning
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥩 Season the bondiola steaks with salt, pepper, and thyme, then grill or pan-sear until fully cooked and golden.
- 🥔 Arrange the pre-boiled potatoes and cooked pork on a heat-proof platter or individual plates.
- 🔥 Melt the raclette cheese slices using a raclette grill or under a broiler until bubbly and slightly browned.
- 🧀 Carefully scrape or pour the melted cheese directly over the pork and potatoes.
- ✨ Top with caramelized onions and serve immediately while the cheese is gooey.
