Ingredients

  • 🥩 Lamb Steaks – 2 thick-cut pieces
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp for searing
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp for basting
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, lightly smashed
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs

Instructions

  • 🧂 Pat the lamb steaks dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  • 🥩 Place steaks in the pan and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
  • 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan, spooning the melted butter over the meat.
  • ✨ Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
