Ingredients
- 🥩 Lamb Steaks – 2 thick-cut pieces
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp for searing
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp for basting
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, lightly smashed
- 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs
Instructions
- 🧂 Pat the lamb steaks dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- 🥩 Place steaks in the pan and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
- 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan, spooning the melted butter over the meat.
- ✨ Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
