Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground Beef – 400g (high fat content)
  • 🍔 Brioche Buns – 2 sliced and toasted
  • 🧀 American Cheese – 4 slices
  • 🧈 Butter – for greasing the pan
  • 🥣 Beef Au Jus or Gravy – for dunking
  • 🧂 Salt & Black Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare your favorite beef gravy or au jus and keep it warm in a bowl.
  • 🥩 Roll beef into balls and place on a scorching hot skillet, smashing them completely flat.
  • 🧂 Season generously and cook until the edges are crispy, then flip and add cheese.
  • 🍔 Stack the patties onto toasted buns to assemble the burgers.
  • ✨ Serve immediately with the warm dipping sauce for dunking each bite.
