Ingredients

  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp for marination
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, and lemon juice; let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil and butter in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • 🍳 Place chicken in the pan and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • 🥄 Baste the chicken with the pan juices frequently to keep it moist and flavorful.
  • ✨ Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve with sautéed vegetables or mash.
