Ingredients
- 🥩 Buff (Buffalo) steaks – 2 thick cuts
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed
- 🌿 Rosemary – 1 fresh sprig
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp for basting
- 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧂 Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat until it starts to shimmer.
- 🥩 Place the steaks in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side to develop a golden crust.
- 🧈 Add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary to the pan, basting the steaks with the melted butter.
- ✨ Remove from heat and let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
