Ingredients
- 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
- 🍚 Cornstarch – for coating
- 🌶️ Gochujang – Korean chili paste
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍯 Honey – or sugar
- 🥜 Sesame seeds – for garnish
- 🥢 Soy sauce – for flavor
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare batter and coat cauliflower florets.
- ♨️ Fry cauliflower until golden brown and crispy.
- 🌶️ Make Korean sauce with gochujang, garlic, honey and soy sauce.
- 🔥 Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
- 🥜 Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
