Ingredients

  • 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
  • 🍚 Cornstarch – for coating
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – Korean chili paste
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍯 Honey – or sugar
  • 🥜 Sesame seeds – for garnish
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – for flavor

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare batter and coat cauliflower florets.
  • ♨️ Fry cauliflower until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🌶️ Make Korean sauce with gochujang, garlic, honey and soy sauce.
  • 🔥 Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
  • 🥜 Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
