Ingredients
- 🐟 White fish – 1 lb, cut into small cubes
- 🍋 Lime juice – 1 cup, fresh
- 🧅 Red onion – 1/2, thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Jalapeño – 1, seeded and minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – 1, diced
- 🥑 Avocado – 1, diced (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🐟 Combine fish and lime juice in a glass bowl. Make sure the fish is fully submerged.
- 冷蔵 Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
- 🧅 Drain the lime juice from the fish. Add red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and tomato.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add avocado if desired.
- 🥣 Serve chilled with tortilla chips or tostadas.
