Ingredients

  • 🥩 Pork loin chops – 2 pieces, pounded thin

  • 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • 🍳 Vegetable oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔪 Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • 🔥 Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
