Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare idli batter by soaking rice and dal, then grinding and fermenting overnight.
- ♨️ Steam idlis in an idli cooker until fluffy.
- 🥕 For sambhar, sauté vegetables, tomatoes, and onions.
