Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🥄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🥄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🌱 Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs and pour into the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and set.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or roti. ✨
