Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🥄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🥄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🌱 Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well.
  • 🥚 Whisk eggs and pour into the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and set.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or roti. ✨
