Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for dough
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices – salt, red chili powder, turmeric
  • 🧈 Ghee or oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes, chopped onions, spices, and coriander.
  • 🌾 Make a soft dough with wheat flour and water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🫓 Roll out small circles from the dough, stuff with potato filling, and seal.
  • 🔥 Gently roll out the stuffed paratha.
  • 🍳 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot!
