Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for dough
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Spices – salt, red chili powder, turmeric
- 🧈 Ghee or oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes, chopped onions, spices, and coriander.
- 🌾 Make a soft dough with wheat flour and water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 🫓 Roll out small circles from the dough, stuff with potato filling, and seal.
- 🔥 Gently roll out the stuffed paratha.
- 🍳 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot!
