Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 4
- 🥔 Boiled potatoes – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🍅 Tomato – thinly sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Green chutney – as needed
- 🧈 Butter – for spreading
- 🧀 Cheese – optional
Instructions
- 🧈 Butter one side of each bread slice.
- 🌿 Spread green chutney on the buttered side of two bread slices.
- 🥔 Layer potato, onion, tomato, and cucumber slices on the chutney-covered bread.
- 🧂 Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🧀 Optionally add cheese.
- 🥪 Cover with the other bread slices, butter-side up. Grill or toast until golden brown and serve.
