Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread slices – 4
  • 🥔 Boiled potatoes – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🍅 Tomato – thinly sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Green chutney – as needed
  • 🧈 Butter – for spreading
  • 🧀 Cheese – optional

Instructions

  • 🧈 Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • 🌿 Spread green chutney on the buttered side of two bread slices.
  • 🥔 Layer potato, onion, tomato, and cucumber slices on the chutney-covered bread.
  • 🧂 Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🧀 Optionally add cheese.
  • 🥪 Cover with the other bread slices, butter-side up. Grill or toast until golden brown and serve.
