Ingredients
- 🍖 Pork neck bones – 2 lbs
- 🥔 Potatoes – 3 medium, peeled and quartered
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/2 head, chopped
- 🌿 Scallions – 4, chopped
- 🌶️ Gochugaru (Korean chili powder) – 3 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍄 Enoki mushrooms – 1 package
Instructions
- ♨️ Soak pork bones in cold water for 30 minutes to remove blood.
- 🍲 Boil pork bones in water for 1 hour, then drain and rinse.
- 🥘 In a large pot, combine pork bones, potatoes, napa cabbage, scallions, gochugaru, garlic, and soy sauce with water. Bring to a boil.
- ⏳ Simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and flavors have melded.
- 🍄 Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
