Ingredients

  • 🍖 Pork neck bones – 2 lbs
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 3 medium, peeled and quartered
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/2 head, chopped
  • 🌿 Scallions – 4, chopped
  • 🌶️ Gochugaru (Korean chili powder) – 3 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍄 Enoki mushrooms – 1 package

Instructions

  • ♨️ Soak pork bones in cold water for 30 minutes to remove blood.
  • 🍲 Boil pork bones in water for 1 hour, then drain and rinse.
  • 🥘 In a large pot, combine pork bones, potatoes, napa cabbage, scallions, gochugaru, garlic, and soy sauce with water. Bring to a boil.
  • ⏳ Simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and flavors have melded.
  • 🍄 Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
