Ingredients
- 🍝 Fettuccine pasta – 8 oz
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 cup
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
- 🧈 While pasta cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 🥛 Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low.
- 🧀 Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- 🍝 Drain pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
