Ingredients

  • 🍝 Rigatoni pasta – 1 pound
  • 🥩 Ground beef – 1 pound
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍅 Canned crushed tomatoes – 28 ounces
  • 🌿 Italian seasoning – 1 tbsp
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍝 Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
  • 🥩 Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain any excess fat.
  • 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • 🍅 Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 🍝 Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
