Ingredients
- 🍝 Rigatoni pasta – 1 pound
- 🥩 Ground beef – 1 pound
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Canned crushed tomatoes – 28 ounces
- 🌿 Italian seasoning – 1 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – for serving
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
- 🥩 Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain any excess fat.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- 🍅 Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- 🍝 Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
